Provincetown Petition – Withdrawal from the Cape Cod Commission

Provincetown Petition – Withdrawal from the Cape Cod Commission

Hi. As you may be aware there is a movement and petition drive taking place across the Cape to put a question onto the ballot in each town asking the voters if they think their town should withdraw from the Cape Cod Commission. Attached please find a petition for the Town of Provincetown.
If you are inclined to do so, we respectfully request that you please immediately print out the attached petition, sign it and provide your current voting address (and also collect any other signatures that you feel like), and then either mail or drop off the petition to the Provincetown Town Clerk, Doug Johnstone – 260 Commercial St., Provincetown, MA  02657 by the end of next week.
For further information as to the reasons for the petition, please consult the following informational posting:
If you have any questions, then you may call us at: 508-685-2921.
Thank you.
