FEB. 8 & 9 – MALL SIGNATURE DRIVE EVENT – Cape Commission Withdrawal

CONTINUING CAPE COD COMMISSION WITHDRAWAL PETITION EVENT February 8 & 9!

WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, February 8 & 9, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

WHERE: CAPE COD MALL (by the Food Court), Route 132 in Hyannis

WHAT: Come by the Cape Cod Mallon Saturday or Sunday, February 8 and 9, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM to sign a petition for any one of the 15 Cape Cod municipalities. Each petition seeks to place a ballot question before the voters of each town essentially asking them if they think that their particular town should withdraw from the Cape Cod Commission.

WHY: The Cape Cod Commission has a long history of unjust “regulatory takings” against Cape Cod commercial and residential property owners! This in turn has stifled our once vibrant local economy and made life here for many barely tenable.
