RON BEATY – “We need to actively protest ILLEGAL Immigration!”

Cape and Islands District, Republican State Senate Candidate RON BEATY says:  “We need to actively protest ILLEGAL Immigration!”

As a Tea Party-Republican Candidate for the Cape & Islands State Senate seat, I write regarding the nation-wide illegal immigration crisis and Governor Patrick’s recently announced inane plans to utilize Camp Edwards to detain illegal alien children.

As citizens of this Commonwealth, we need to actively and continuously protest both related matters.

The rallies and demonstrations at Camp Edwards and the State House that I proactively participate in along with other concerned citizens communicate a two-pronged message to federal and state authorities.

These protests forthrightly express an unmistakable message directly to the Governor that his fiscally irresponsible and senseless actions are simply not acceptable.

Secondly, these protests indicate our severe dissatisfaction with the incompetent mishandling of the overall issues of Border Security, Immigration Reform, and Illegal Alien Amnesty by the Obama Administration during the last six years.

If President Obama and Governor Patrick would seriously enforce our existing immigration laws, then we would not be facing this crisis today. Amnesty for illegal immigrants must not happen! Secure our borders! Enforce our immigration laws now!

Cape residents are strongly urged to attend the planned protest rally in Bourne on August 9th. Further details will be made public in the weeks ahead.
